The recent development of RepRap style 3D printers has made additive manufacturing technology available to the public at a low cost. While these are being used for variety purposes, one main applications is prototyping in design projects. quality 3D-printed parts been concern such cases. Many variables within printers’ operation can be varied obtain optimum print quality. This study explores setup that uses externally induced mechanical vibrations nozzle tip as potential method improve parts. Induced vibration expected decrease porosity printed and enhance cohesion between beads, ultimately improving their properties. objective understand prints’ positional accuracy, porosity, properties with added then determine level achieve best prints. previous studies have explored role on parts, novelty this work lies determination accuracy those levels desired For extruder filament replaced pointed-tip pen mark exact location where printer delivers material.
